Adelfia is derived from the Greek word meaning brothers. Andrew, Chris and Danny Andre are the three brothers behind the genius that makes Adelfia tick. Originally from Cyprus, they bring a truly authentic taste of the Greek islands to Cairns.

Adelfia Greek Taverna utilises fresh local produce and ingredients. They offer an extensive menu of both traditional and modern Greek cuisine with a sumptuous array of dishes tempting to any palate. Their mastermind chef Steve Harris prepares daily specials to tempt some more.

Dance the night away!!! Kristina, the resident Belly Dancer is on hand to show you the moves every Friday and Saturday night from 9pm followed by plate smashing and a lesson on how to dance The Zorba.
