NYINKKA NYUNYU

Nyinkka Nyunyu is an Aboriginal Art & Culture Centre. The striking asymmetrical steel and mud brick buildings are set in a landscaped garden featuring the Warumungu sacred site of the spiky tailed goanna.

The centre features: Indigenous visitor information. A shop selling regional Arts and Crafts, books and gifts. A Museum/Gallery reflecting the changing history of the region. Outstanding interpretive displays celebrate the Warumungu relationship with family, the land, bush tucker and bush resources.
