FLORAVILLA ICE CREAM FACTORY

Floravilla produces biodynamic ice cream featuring exotic fruits and traditional flavours.

The tantalizing selection of flavours includes old favourites such as chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. Daintree vanilla, which is used in Floravilla ice cream, is recognised as amongst the finest in the world and is grown almost next door to Floravilla.

Local tropical fruits in season are used to produce exciting exotic flavours. Then there is Guinness ice cream, black sapote and chocolate liqueur, chilli chocolate and double chocolate, rum and raisin. There is something for everyone.

An Italian ice cream maker sampled Floravilla ice cream and praised it as being the nicest ice cream he had ever tasted. He then supplied a recipe for vanilla ice cream which he believed dated back about 200 years. We now produce it as Vanilla Classic. This is in addition to our standard vanilla ice cream.
