KURANDA VISITOR INFORMATION CENTRE

The Kuranda Visitor Information Centre is a Tourism Queensland accredited centre and is a member of the Queensland Information Centre Association.

The centre is located in Centenary Park at the top end of Coondoo Street. With the yellow i sign you will be sure of a genuine quality information provider.

The Kuranda Visitor Information centre acts as the gateway to the Atherton Tablelands/Cairns Highlands with the second highest visitor numbers recorded in the region.

With a wealth of local and regional knowledge, our volunteers will be able to advise and help you plan your time in the village and assist in booking tours in the region. Most of our volunteers have lived in the village for many years and can provide you with comprehensive and accurate information on all tours, attractions and services. There is an extensive brochure display that also includes maps and regional brochures.
